Title: Head Women’s and Men’s Track Coach - Spring Semester stipend position
Responsibilities: The Head Women’s and Men’s Track Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for leading all aspects of the track program. This includes recruiting and retaining student-athletes, planning and conducting practices and competitions, and fostering academic and personal growth. The coach will create a positive and enjoyable team environment, manage program operations, ensure compliance with college and athletic regulations, and contribute to the campus community through collaboration and outreach.
Minimum Qualifications: Previous coaching and recruiting experience preferred. Must have a clean driving record.
