Role Description This is a full-time, Remote Senior Account Executive role based in the United States. The Senior Account Executive will source, develop, and manage relationships with real estate investors and brokers, focusing on originating Bridge, Rehab, Ground-Up, and DSCR loans. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, and presenting tailored lending solutions that align with investors’ project timelines and capital requirements. The person in this role will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and structuring terms through to coordinating documentation and ensuring timely closings in partnership with underwriting and operations teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an active pipeline, meeting or exceeding production targets, tracking activities in a CRM, and representing Central Lending at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex deals.
- Experience in real estate or lending, preferably with private money, hard money, or commercial real estate finance (Bridge, Rehab, Ground-Up, or DSCR loans a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly to investors and partners.
- Solid organizational and pipeline management skills, including effective use of CRM tools, follow-up practices, and time management.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strict timelines and multiple concurrent deals.
- Analytical skills to review basic deal structures, loan terms, and investment scenarios and collaborate with underwriting teams.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and ethical business practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in an Account Executive, Loan Officer, or similar revenue-generating role is strongly preferred.
