Position Summary
CK Foods is looking for a Vietnamese speaking sales professional with demonstrated experiences in B2B sales. As a Category Sales Lead, you'll manage an assigned book of business, cultivate new accounts, and help design strategies that boost revenue and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales manager, leveraging market insights and strong relationships to expand CK Foods' footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee your assigned territory, upsell products, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Partner with the sales manager to identify and win new business opportunities.
- Craft sales strategies and perform market research to drive revenue and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Carry out additional administrative duties and projects as required.

Requirements
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (Mandarin a plus)
- 3 years of sales, account management, or closely related experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily customer visits
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience
- Commission: earned based on territory revenue growth, typically adding $40,000–$50,000 annually — total compensation up to $100,000/year
- $25/hour during training
