Central Kansas Mental Health Center is looking for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Case Manager to provide services to people receiving services in our ACT program. This position will be part of the ACT team and will work collaboratively to provide immediate crisis response, meet basic needs, and enhance their ability to live and work in the community.

The case manager will be able to assess the strengths and needs of people receiving services and triage with other staff to come up with innovative solutions.
