Central Kansas Mental Health Center (CKMHC) is seeking a School Based Clinical Services Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of our school behavioral health programs related to youth services and staff. This position will provide program oversight and ensure the delivery of ethical and effective services which are based on best practices and are in compliance with school, local, state, and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the development of program budgets and monitor program performance according to budget guidelines
- Maintain documentation with accuracy and promptness
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision after hours as needed
- Provide clinical services and other youth services when necessary to reach program goals and outcomes
- Maintain productive relationships with peers, community and state agencies
- Coordinate program oversight for the School Behavioral Health program, related staff, and youth services through supervision and school collaboration
- Participate in the hiring and orientation of new staff members
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in an area of clinical study and licensed by the Kansas BSRB
- Minimum of 3 years as a clinician, advanced licensure or currently working towards an advanced license
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of current policies and regulations governing Mental Health Center licensure as it relates to CMHC/CCBHC
