Verizon Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Verizon customers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Educate customers on Verizon services, promotions, and solutions to increase engagement and usage
  • Deliver impactful presentations that drive sales and customer acquisition
  • Analyze customer trends, buying behavior, and market activity to stay competitive
  • Collaborate with the Verizon Account Manager team to identify new growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics to optimize sales results
  • Provide feedback and insights to leadership and clients to enhance overall sales strategy
  • Represent the voice of the customer to improve service offerings and customer experience

Qualifications for the Verizon Account Manager Role:

  • Previous sales or account management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a results-driven environment
  • Competitive, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
