This includes how we handle our patients on a day-to-day basis and how we operate as a team. You would work in a special environment where we focus on maintaining a positive mindset and looking for solutions rather than whining about problems. I want to hire someone who will be a superstar, on a small team devoted to providing the best dental care possible to our patients. More than anything else, I'm looking for an attentive, eager, curious, and punctual person who is ready to be a key member of our administrative team.
We hire for the Right Person first, not just a set of skills or years of experience (but those don't hurt). This is a busy practice and sometimes you need to wear a hat you didn't expect and get an odd job done. If you're the type of person who only does what is expected and refuses to do anything else, this is not going to be a good fit for you. We want a team player who will gladly say, "Yes, I can do that".
Our office is different from many other dental offices. We pride ourselves on striving to go above and beyond. We TAKE responsibility when something goes wrong, and we all step up to help out. This is a TEAM! The culture is upbeat and positive. Obviously this is serious work that we do, but we prefer to do it while maintaining a positive outlook.
Your schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 1 Saturday per month (not in the summer). Occasional Wednesdays are needed due to holiday or weather related schedule changes.
Salary Dependent on Experience and Attitude!
