We deliver enterprise-grade IT support and security at a price point that works for local businesses.We're hiring two full-time IT Technicians to join our onsite team in Lancaster, Ohio.Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–3 helpdesk support for managed services clients
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints (Windows, Microsoft 365)
- Monitor and respond to alerts using our RMM platform (Atera)
- Support cybersecurity tools including SIEM monitoring, email protection, and backup/recovery
- Conduct onsite client visits for new deployments, hardware swaps, and troubleshooting
- Assist with physical security installations (cameras, alarm systems) as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations
- Document work in ticketing system accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
- 3 years of IT support or managed services experience
- CompTIA A certification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong troubleshooting skills — hardware, networking, Windows environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation (client visits required)
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- CompTIA Network and/or Security
- RMM platform experience (Atera preferred)
- MSP (Managed Services Provider) background
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, or email security tools
