Description:
Lead a high-performing Ready Mix Plant! We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Supervisor to manage operations, ensure safety and quality, and guide a team of drivers and staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee production, delivery, and inventory to meet customer needs.
- Lead, train, and develop your team.
- Manage equipment, maintenance, and plant safety programs
- Ensure quality control and smooth operations every day
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years ready-mix plant experience
- CDL with clean driving record
- IDOT Aggregate & PCC Technician Certifications (1&2)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
