Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including hardscaping, landscaping, drainage, and sod. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Assist in hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration of plants.
- Conduct tree pruning to maintain healthy growth and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively and on time.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Skills
- Experience with hardscape installation is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, grinders, and blowers.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and proper watering techniques for diverse plant types preferred but not required
- Ability to perform tree trimming and basic gardening tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail in landscape maintenance practices.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
