Job Summary
We are seeking a Traveling Hotel Superintendent with 12 years of experience to lead day-to-day field operations for a hotel renovation focused on guestroom kitchens and bathroom conversions. This role requires someone who understands bathroom shutdowns, plumbing coordination, inspections, and fast unit turnover.
Duties
- Run daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Manage tub-to-shower conversion sequencing (demo, plumbing, waterproofing, inspections, tile, trim)
- Oversee guestroom kitchen refurbishment scope (flooring, casework coordination, plumbing, electrical)
- Coordinate shut-downs, inspections, and hotel operations
- Maintain daily production targets (rooms/week)
- Enforce safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Execute punch lists and turnover efficiently
- Work directly with PM and hotel management
Qualifications
- 12 years as a Superintendent
- Proven experience with hotel bathroom conversions (tub-to-shower)
- Experience with guestroom kitchen renovations
- Strong understanding of interior MEP coordination
- Experience working in phased or occupied hotels
- Ability to run work independently without micromanagement
- Traveling superintendent experience preferred

Compensation
- $130,000 starting salary
