Responsibilities

- Assist clients with property casualty insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through attentive service and proactive communication.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage client information, prepare documentation, and track interactions efficiently.
- Provide basic knowledge about life insurance policies, helping clients understand their options and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience or familiarity with property casualty insurance is preferred.
- Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Life, Commercial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: $50,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
