Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radiologic Technologist at our Zionsville, IN location. The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging examinations and ensure patient safety during procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients, operating X-ray equipment, adhering to radiation safety practices, and collaborating with the care team to support accurate diagnoses and patient care. This position requires excellent attention to detail and adherence to established clinical and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and operation of diagnostic imaging equipment
- Certification and current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety and ability to follow safety protocols
- Familiarity with medical terminology and practices, particularly in radiology and orthopedic care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in diagnostic imaging
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
- Previous experience in orthopedic radiology is a plus
