AMG Specialty Hospital is aboutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional,high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICUstays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
