Pay: $47.00 - $110.00 per visit

Medicare certified home healthcare agency looking for reliable, experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our teams in multiple locations.

Choose your preferred locations from below:

1) Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Brighton, Allston, Brookline, Chestnut Hill

or

2) Framingham, Natick, Hopkinton, Holliston, Ashland

3) Boston, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Mattapan, Roxbury, Hyde Park.

This is a per diem position with flexible hours, visit work schedules and an excellent reimbursement package. Our nurses can choose their preferred geographical area to do home care visits.

• Provides initial and ongoing assessments to identify the client’s medical needs, level of functioning, and ability to communicate and learn, including OASIS assessments at appropriate time points when applicable.
• Obtains orders and makes referrals to other disciplines when appropriate.
• Regularly re-assesses the client’s nursing needs. Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions. Furnishes those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills.
• Coordinates services, and informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client’s condition and needs.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
• Per diem position, Preferred Locations, Flexible Schedule
• Pay range up to $110 per visit depending on type of the visit

Required Qualifications/Licenses

- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required

- Current CPR required

Additional Requirements:

- Prior experience in home health care preferred

- Valid state driver’s license

- Must have a reliable car with insurance coverage.
