What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Doctor position at Central Health Management?
CHM Mobile Care, based in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a board-certified internal or family medicine physician for a Monday - Friday opportunity seeing patients in one or more post-acute facilities in the Lexington area. This role will collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner staff to ensure each patient is provided the best possible care.
In this position, you will conduct new admissions and round on existing patients in both high and moderate acuity settings. You will establish the initial treatment plan, adjust as needed, and order tests and prescribe medications in accordance with the appropriate measures to treat the patients. Typically seeing about 20 patients per day.
To qualify, you will have:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical university.
- Board Certification in Internal or Family medicine.
- Active and unencumbered license to practice in Kentucky.
- Active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe in Kentucky.
- Active BLS Certification.
- Exceptional bedside manner, collaboration skills and organizational skills.
Salary : $250,000 - $400,000
