Inside Sales /Customer Service Representative

This is a non-exempt, full-time position. Our Inside Sales and Customer Service Reps spend each day selling the largest brand names in gardening to retailers all over the country. What you'll do:
Inside sales and Customer Service Reps here at Green Garden are never bored! Every day holds something new to do. Depending on the time of year, you might find yourself:
- Helping a customer place their order
- Demonstrating to a prospective retail partner why we are the right company for their garden seed program
- Calling a hardware store that received their order to make sure they are fully satisfied
- Reshipping a seed display because the first one got run over by a forklift (it happens!)
- Talking to a gardener who needed help using one of our quality products
- Meeting with the team to celebrate successes and plan for another great day
- No experience required!
As a seasonal business, the projects and assignments change with the time of year, so you will have a lot of variety in your day-to-day. Selling should be fun, so we encourage your unique style and personality to shine through. Our office environment is comfortable, and we have a casual dress code. You will spend most of your day talking with people on the phone, and the folks in this industry are great to work with! A love of gardening is a plus, not a must. Once you work here, you'll probably get bit by the gardening bug anyway!
