Busy multi-physician surgical subspecialty practice looking to hire a Certified Medical Assistant, preferably with 2 years of experience to work with our established team in our Lake Mary location. The job role requires an energetic, outgoing person who can perform clinical and clerical responsibilities including:
- obtaining and documenting patient histories
- chart preparation
- vital signs
- blood draw
- foley catheter insertion
- knowledge of sterile technique
- instrument sterilization
- medication injections
- chemo bladder instillation
- assistance with minor surgeries
- maintaining appropriate documentation and records
- patient phone call triage
- interaction with providers
We are looking for applicants to hire for our Lake Mary location. We are currently employed physicians, and the practice is owned by a large non-profit hospital group in Orlando. If your resume meets our requirements, it will be passed along to our hiring team, who will reach out to you directly.
