Inside Sales and Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and service Representative to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and/or parts sales, place a strong emphasis on customer service, possess exceptional communication skills, be very organized and have a strong attention to detail. This role involves engaging with potential clients through answering customer inquiries (phone and email), show room walk-ins, warm calling , and developing business relationships and certain related administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer incoming sales calls, provide a first class sales and service experience.
• Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Effectively communicate the value of our offerings and respond to customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Utilize Quickbooks and other tools to manage sales process, generate customer quotes, track inventory and other functions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in alignment with company policies.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions to help shape product offerings.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales and/or automative parts sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Quick Books software is a plus, but not a requirement
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and to be flexible enough to pitch in help get the job done.
