We are a 300 five star family-owned and operated, licensed, and fully insured tree service company (including workers' compensation) looking for an experienced Spider Lift Operator / Tree Climber/Cutter to join our growing team.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

What We're Looking For!
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Drug free
- Minimum of 2 years of professional tree cutting and rigging experience
- Experience operating a spider lift or man lift
- Valid driver's license with no major driving infractions
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Plant City
- Ability and skill set to drive and be responsible for the safe travel of a truck and trailer
- Safety-minded with a commitment to doing the job right
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Willing to work approximately 5–10 weekends per year when needed
- Willing and able to travel out of state for hurricane relief work for up to 2–4 weeks
- You must desire to be a professional amongst an industry of non-professional "tree Companies"
