Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships with restaurants and hospitality businesses.
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Eventually attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory.
- Knowledge of restaurant equipment and smallwares or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and planning.
- Working knowledge of Autoquotes and Lightspeed Retail X, or willingness/ability to learn
**The compensation for this role will be a mixture of base pay plus commissions on gross profit.
