Central Florida PowerSports is seeking an experienced service writer that can manage the day to day operations of the service counter.
Duties:
- Assuring intake of customer units is completed correctly.
- Manage repair orders and up-sell services
- Scheduling work for our technicians
- Scheduling pick up and drop off of customer units and sales units.
- Ensuring prompt communication with customers.
- Warranty claim filing.
Qualifications:
- Powersports or automotive service experience
- Detail oriented
- Excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for powersports
- Bilingual
