Experienced Front Desk Receptionist needed for well-established busy Pediatrics offices in Avon Park, FL
Minimum 3 years medical office receptionist experience required, pediatrics experience is highly preferred. Must be bi-lingual Spanish:English speaking. Applicants must have strong customer service skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answers incoming telephone calls
Welcomes patients / parents of patients with consistent professional and positive attitude
Prepare charts for nurses/providers
Verify patient insurance, collect point-of-service payments
Schedule appointments, follow up with no-shows, etc.
Assist manager staff with billing/invoicing process
Contribute to positive teamwork-driven atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.25 - $22.00 per hour
