Essential Companion Services Llc in Orlando, FL is looking for registered nurses to join our team. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established care plans. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. We are located on 2454 E Michigan St Suite 204. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and document changes
• Provide skilled nursing services (wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, etc.)
• Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers when applicable
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (State of Florida)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on setting)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred)
