Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) to provide psychological services to seniors residing in skilled nursing and assisted living communities throughout Florida. Position Overview
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to residents experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and adjustment-related concerns. You will collaborate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to support the mental and emotional well-being of residents while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
This role is ideal for psychologists who value professional independence, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with a senior population.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and behavioral interventions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs.
- Address concerns related to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment to illness, dementia-related behaviors, and other mental health conditions common among older adults.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facility staff, and family members to support resident care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida Psychologist License, or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with older adults or within long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
