Speech Language Pathologist Clinic Based

Job Description:
Our Speech-Language Pathologists are expected to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication and swallowing disorders. Areas of expertise include articulation, phonology, language, voice, fluency, dysphagia, oral placement therapy, alternative and augmentative communication, and motor planning disorders. Our client’s ages range from birth through adulthood, with a variety of pathologies including Autism, Down syndrome, Rett Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. Clinicians are required to maintain their state and federal licensure, develop, and maintain their own schedule, and meet documentation deadlines. We encourage a collaborative environment between disciplines to better serve our clients and their families, and our staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Communication Science from an accredited program
- Current Florida State licensure
- Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Independently motivated and organized with excellent communication skills
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
