Central Florida Consultants is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers with enrolling in AT&T services, provide product knowledge, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to get into sales and enjoy helping others.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the enrollment process for AT&T products and services
- Answer questions, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current AT&T promotions, plans, and product offerings
- Track customer interactions and enrollment progress in company systems
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
- Represent Central Florida Consultants and the AT&T brand professionally in all customer interactions

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
