Lead Balloon Decor Supervisor

We are a balloon decor company that specializes in private event balloon designs. We're looking for a talented individual who is interested in joining our team and learning a unique trade. Candidates would need to have a flexible schedule with specific availability every day of the week for full-time work. Our events are seasonal, and the amount of work varies throughout the year.

To repeat, this position requires availability for variable shifts, including but not limited to night and weekend work.

Duties include leading a creative team of balloon decor artists, and well as inflating, designing, and building balloon sculptures, arches, and columns. We also have various other services including creating centerpieces and installing draping, so it is important to find someone who is attentive to detail and careful with the work they do. All decor-specific training will be provided, but this position requires prior team leadership experience, as well as hands-on creative experience.

Duties also include occasionally driving a large van for deliveries and dropping off balloon decorations. You must have a clean driving record for at least the past three years, and be comfortable driving large vans, occasionally for extended distances to out-of-area event locations. Since you will be working directly with clients, a big requirement is to have someone who is friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.

• Are you comfortable with extended drive distances? We deliver to Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, and other locations throughout Florida, and this position will sometimes require you to deliver decor to event locations outside of the greater Orlando metropolitan area.
