This Role:Fire Sprinkler Helper will assist experienced technicians and fitters with the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential fire protection systems.This role requires working closely with the foreman and team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment. Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings. We are seeking highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
- Possibly drive to job sites and work at various locations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
- Learn, and assist with installs
Qualifications and Skills
- U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Background check
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good driving record (MANDATORY) for drivers
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems, or within the construction industry
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50–70 lbs.), stand for long periods, crouch, and climb ladders or scaffolding.
License / Certification
- Valid Driver’s License (Required) – Must have a clean driving record
- Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
- OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)

Salary : $37,427 - $53,296
