Operations - Grain Elevator

In this position, the team member will assist in the daily operation of grain facilities to maintain efficiency and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Operational functions of grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending, conditioning and loading out. Monitor stored grain condition to assure quality and quantity. Housekeeping, maintenance and other daily tasks. Assist other departments within the company as needed. Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations. Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
