Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment.
- Understand customer needs and assist them in finding the right products or services.
- Actively engage customers to promote sales, special offers, and product features.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions including credit card transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales targets, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a face-to-face environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS Systems
