Customer Service & Order Processing – Warehouse Office (Hollywood)

A fast-paced warehouse operation in Hollywood is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Representative to handle quoting, order entry, and day-to-day customer communication. This role supports both sales and operations by ensuring accurate pricing, smooth order flow, and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send customer quotes based on product specifications and pricing
  • Create and process purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, timelines, and updates
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure order fulfillment
  • Track orders and resolve issues or discrepancies as they arise
  • Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions
  • Provide general customer support via phone and email

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience with order entry, quoting, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, email, order systems/ERP a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Schedule: Full-time (40 Hours Weekly)

This position is well-suited for someone who is comfortable handling both administrative tasks and customer interactions in a dynamic setting.
