Job Overview
We are a thriving multidisciplinary clinic seeking a motivated full-time Chiropractor to join our team. Our practice specializes in integrative care combining chiropractic, physical therapy, frequently managing Personal Injury (PI) and Workers’ Compensation (WC) cases.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and chiropractic assessments
- Deliver effective manual adjustments using a variety of techniques (Diversified, Thompson, Activator, etc.)
- Collaborate with physical therapists and rehab techs to co-manage treatment plans
- Evaluate and treat Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation patients with proper documentation
- Maintain thorough and timely SOAP notes using EHR software ( such as Chirotouch etc )
- Ensure compliance with proper CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Provide patient education on diagnoses, care plans, and recovery expectations
- Develop and oversee therapeutic rehab programs, tailored to patient conditions
- Handle a steady patient load while maintaining quality care
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program
- Active chiropractic license in Illinois
- 1–3 years of experience preferred (strong new graduates will be considered)
- Experience with PI and Workers’ Compensation cases required or highly preferred ( Preferred )
- Proficiency in diversified and other adjusting techniques
- Familiarity with EHR systems ( such as Chirotouch ) and strong documentation skills (preferred not required )
- Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding ( Preferred )
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Experience in a multidisciplinary or rehab-integrated setting is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
