SUMMARY
The role of the teacher is to teach students read, write, problem solve, compute, how to find information, how to think, how to work co-operatively with others, and to meet all district required curriculum objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Certification:
Must have an Elementary K-6 Certification or Mid Level certification.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be experienced with leveraging technology within instruction. Knowledge of content and pedagogy skills in planning and preparation, establishing and maintaining a purposeful learning environment. Skill in delivering instruction, engaging students in learning and assessing and evaluating students. Ability to communicate clearly with students, parents and other district employees.
Abilities:
Must be motivated to create and instruct high quality remote lessons. Must be creative and innovative with instructional development of remote programming. Problem solving, imagination, patience, reasoning, creativity, judgment, and analytical abilities.
Pay Rate: $58,639 - $92,815 (based on highest earned degree and years of experience)
