- Certification in relevant fitness areas
- At least one year of group exercise experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate fitness instructor skills per YMCA standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping others and adapting to diverse needs
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (within 60 days of hire)
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (within 60 days of hire)
- Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
