What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lowboy Driver position at Central Contracting Inc?
Central Contracting is accepting applications for a class A driver to operate a 4 axle lowboy moving equipment. Driver will load/unload and chain skid steers, excavators, dozers, rollers, off road trucks, etc. 40-55 hours per week.
Need to have experience maneuvering 4 axle truck with 4 axle lowboy in areas off main roads of southern Wv and Ky hauling equipment such as Volvo A40's, D8's, 300 excavators.
Other duties may include driving dump truck hauling dirt/gravel, operating water truck, etc.
Position base currently is Nitro, WV. Subject to change at any time.
Must have current DOT physical and clean driving record.
Company pays hotel when out of town travel is required.
Health insurance available 30 days after the month of hire.
Must have minimum 5 years driving experience, with 2 years heavy haul.
Background check is required.
