These seasonal positions leads specialized activities both indoors and outdoors across a variety of disciplines, including Arts & Crafts (STEAM), Archery, Sports & Recreation, Music, and Fishing. The CMPACT engages campers in hands-on learning, skill-building, and creative exploration while supporting the YMCA’s mission to strengthen communities and foster personal growth.
