Central Coast Yamaha Polaris Suzuki Can Am Mahindra & Kawasaki (CCY) is the largest and fastest growing powersports dealership on the Central Coast. We are a locally owned and operated company with a passion for powersports.
Position: CCY continues to expand and is looking to add a qualified Service Writer to our team! We're searching for someone who loves and has experience in the motorcycle and powersports industry and is honest, self-driven, and a result-oriented individual with a positive outlook. This is a multi-faceted service sales position that includes writing up of all things powersports, assisting customers by researching and ordering parts, answering phone calls, receiving service inventory, and always providing absolutely exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and organization skills are essential. This position requires working weekends as weekends are our most busy time of the week.
Job Summary: Service Writer team member works the parts and service counter, assisting customers shopping for parts and/or accessories or service needs.
Duties & Responsibilities: Use inventory management and industry leading technology to look up parts for customer order. Taking in service inventory, tracking service status, building a schedule for techs and cashiering. Listen to customers to determine their parts and service needs while also offering additional parts/accessories to fit their needs.
Skills & Knowledge: Prefer familiarity with manufacturers we sell and parts websites to look parts information, strong customer service, ability to lift at least 50lbs, multi-tasking between helping customer in front of you and answering phone calls.
Working Conditions: Retail Environment: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-6pm
