The Office Assistant position is designed for staff to support the operations of the college and the administrative team in performing daily tasks, and operations, in a professional and welcoming manner. A candidate must be able to follow instructions, be reliable, maintain organization, have attention to detail, ask for help or clarification when not sure, and properly fill out paperwork that gets submitted to the State under the direction and training of the Program Director.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Hold enrollment appointments with students and answer all questions.
- Answer phones and Return Calls and messages.
- Assisting Administration.
- Greeting students and answering questions.
- Filing, printing, copying documents.
- Mailing documents to the state.
- Filling out documents.
- Sending emails and following up on student interest.
- Respond quickly to CEO communications.
- Maintain office supplies and keep stocked.
- Ordering of supplies.
- Printing, scanning documents.
- Performing checklists.
- Data Entry on computer, websites, and forms.
- Mild cleaning duties to keep office tidy and supplies in stock.
- Maintain professional decorum and appearance at all times.
- Setup site for graduation.
- Run small office errands when needed.
- Picking up and or dropping off supplies or uniforms.
- Handle small amounts of cash.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Follow directions of CEO/Designee.
