What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at Central Coast Hospitality?
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our boutique hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service and hospitality background, be reliable, responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience. Hotel Experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly and service oriented.
Responsibilities include:
- Making guest reservations
- Checking guests in and out
- Handling guest requests and complaints in a courteous professional manner
- Helping with hotel laundry as needed
- Helping with general hotel tasks as needed including restocking linen and supply closets and common area cleaning.
- Upholding guest service standards and operating with a high level of professionalism.

This position is full time. The ideal candidate would have flexible availability and be able to work both AM and PM shifts.
Weekend and Holiday availability is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
