VNA is looking for a Visit Nurse.
Job Summary: Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and delivering nursing care to meet the needs of patients and their families. Provides compassionate support and education to patients, caregivers, and family members while applying the nursing process to promote comfort, enhance well-being, and improve overall quality of life.
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Thursday - Monday
Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting within the past three years, or one year of recent home health nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- CPR certification

The compensation range for this role is determined by factors such as location and required skills. The salary range provided reflects the lowest to highest amount we reasonably anticipate paying for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is influenced by labor market conditions and various factors, including but not limited to: prevailing minimum wage in the area, relevant education, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, sales or revenue targets, and business needs. It is not typical for a new hire to be offered the highest end of the salary range. Pay decisions are based on the unique circumstances of each candidate and position.
