- Provide clinical treatment and participate in team consultation on treatment planning.
- Provide diagnostic assessments and individual counseling/psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of clients with mental health and trauma related issues.
- Provide clinical oversight for all trauma treatment concerns or issues.
- Submit necessary documentation in a professional, timely manner; meet service delivery targets.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with other facilities, agencies and support services.
- Participate in supervised visitation to families as ordered by Juvenile Court. Work with family whlle modeling effective parent/child interaction, based on evidence based practices.
- Upon request, attend Family Case Conferences, SAR's court hearings, etc. When appropriate make referrals for assessment and/or treatment with appropriate providers.
- Provide direct case management services; these include assessments, treatment/services planning, and assistance in daily living, supportive services, crisis intervention, linkage/referral/advocacy, and support of client's self-determination.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies involved in client care.
- Master's degree in mental health related field.
- Dependent Ohio license in either social work or counseling.
- Preferred - Independent Ohio license in either social work or counseling.
