What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - $15.00 per Hour position at Central City Tavern?
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our crew! You will be directly responsible in preparing and serving food.

- Able to fulfill daily operation of food service
- Produce quality products and services (Menu Knowledge)
- Cleaning the kitchen, equipment and areas of the front of the house (ex: bathrooms)
- Communicate about any inventory and supplies needs or issues
- Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
- Hands on in food production, efficiency and presentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Knowledge of common food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Serve Safe Certification is a Plus
Requirements:
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Previous cooking experience
- Valid transportation
- Great attitude and people skills
