Central 44 is a leading CDJR dealership dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and an exceptional car-buying experience. We are looking for motivated Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team and help customers find their perfect vehicle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Provide product knowledge on features, warranties, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
- Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
