Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Respond to emails and other communications promptly. Assist with data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, workshops, or events. Support advisors and assist with registering students for classes. Assist in maintaining and updating advising resources, such as brochures. Enter data and/or sign students into Engage/CRM accurately. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information and advisement records.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Arrive on time and be present for all scheduled shifts. Notify the supervisor in advance of any absences or schedule changes. Dress appropriately for the office environment. Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors. Work cooperatively with other staff members and contribute to a positive team environment. Be open to feedback and willing to improve performance based on guidance.
