Job Responsibilities
Serves as frontline receptionist for Admissions and multiple other student services. Triage prospective, admitted, and enrolled students to determine next steps and needed student services. Receive and respond to all in-person, telephone, and email inquiries. Performs administrative duties for Admissions department and supervisor, including select outreach campuses. Completes requisitions for supplies and services and serves as the department’s purchasing card holder and liaison. Supervises federal work-study. Performs data maintenance and quality checking using the college’s CRM, SIS, and any miscellaneous software for admissions applicants. Monitors college website and submits requests for Admissions revisions. Maintains Admissions data as assigned for weekly, semesterly, and annual reports
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma
