Job Summary:
The Med/Surg RN provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and emotional needs of patients and families and communicates effectively with the healthcare team about changes in a patient's condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Required License: Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Required Certification: American Heart Association BLS
- Other: One year of RN experience required
