Job Description:
- Implement and coordinate treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain and update clinic logs to ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to regulations.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of physical therapy supplies, ensuring timely availability of necessary materials.
- Treat patients with various orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to cervical pain, lumbago, sprains/strains, postoperative conditions (arthroscopy, total joint replacement, fractures).
- Provide care for patients with neurological and vestibular disorders under the direction of the evaluating clinician.
- Apply manual techniques and soft tissue mobilization as part of therapeutic interventions.
- Progress exercise regimens according to individual patient needs and responses to treatment.
- Ensure compliance with MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) and Workers' Compensation regulations, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
