Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful completion. This role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving continuous process improvements across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise-level programs, executive stakeholder communication, project governance, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of Program or Project Management experience.
Minimum 3 years in a Senior or Lead Program Management role.
Proven experience managing multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) – Strongly Preferred
PgMP (Program Management Professional)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
SAFe Certification
