Required qualifications:
Graduate of an AMA approved school for Respiratory Therapist.
Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
